The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions conducted through the Inglehouse Gifts web site. |
Pricing
All product prices are in £ sterling and include VAT where applicable. All goods are individually priced for postage and packaging according to size and weight of items. All items will be sent by recorded delivery. Postage rates shown are for UK mainland only. Please email us at info@inglehousegifts.com for postage rates outside UK mainland. Products shown are purchased from third party suppliers and therefore prices are subject to change from time to time without notice. However, orders placed at a particular time will be governed by the prices listed on the Inglehouse Gifts website at the time of placing the order. |
Description of Goods
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colours of all goods on the Inglehouse Gifts web site are accurate. However, all measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. |
Terms of Payment
Payment is required at the point of sale. Goods will not be despatched until payment is received and/or unless either a credit card has been verified, or postal order/guarantee cheque has been cleared. Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express or Switch through a secure gateway operated by PayPal.com. Inglehouse Gifts does not have access to any customer’s credit card details. Inglehouse Gifts cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procured unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from InglehouseGifts.com. |
Delivery and Availability
All items shown are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the items you have ordered are not available. Items ordered will be despatched once payment has been received, and/or either a credit card has been verified, or postal order/guaranteed cheque has cleared. Expected delivery will be 3 – 5 days once payment has been verified and cleared. (Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will not be despatched until the next working day).
Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes, hotels or accommodation addresses. |
Returns Policy
All of our items are checked prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that any item is found to be faulty on receipt, and or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@inglehousegifts.com or by telephone on 0161 763 6228 immediately upon receipt of your order. Under the EU Distance Selling Directive you have until the expiry of seven days of receipt to return the items. The items must be returned unused and in the original packing. You must enclose proof of purchase with the returned items. Return postage and packing charges are non refundable. The returned items remain the responsibility of the sender until they reach Inglehouse Gifts. We strongly recommend that you return items by registered post, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit. Please obtain and retain proof of postage (for our mutual protection).
Your items can either be exchanged or refunded. Refunds will only be made to the original charged account within 30 days of receipt of the returned items. |
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
Jurisdiction
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. |
